Oasis Grower Solutions Announces New Southeast Territory Sales Manager

KENT, Ohio USA – April 14, 2025 – Oasis Grower Solutions, a division of Smithers-Oasis, today announced that horticulture industry veteran Paul Gaydos has joined the Oasis Grower Solutions team as Territory Sales Manager for a newly created Southeast U.S. sales territory, effective April 14, 2025.

Smithers-Oasis Director of Global Grower Operations & Research Vijay Rapaka, Ph.D., made the announcement as he welcomed Gaydos to the Oasis Grower Solutions team.

I’m confident that Paul’s strong horticulture industry background and experience with the Southeast market will prove to be valuable assets as we continue growing our business in the region.”

With more than two decades in the commercial horticulture industry, Gaydos brings the Oasis Grower Solutions team extensive professional experience spanning plant production, operations management, product development, product trials, strategic planning, and sales and product support for growers, distributors and brokers. He earned his B.S. in Horticulture at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. He received an M.B.A. at Everest University in Largo, Florida.

In his new role as Territory Sales Manager with Oasis Grower Solutions, Gaydos will be responsible for Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina, and will report directly to Dr. Rapaka.

With the creation of the new sales territory, Dr. Rapaka also noted some minor reorganization of existing sales territories for the Oasis Grower Solutions team. Brenton Williams will now cover the Midwest, with the addition of Ohio and Kentucky. Sharon Warschauer will cover the East Coast, Northeast and Canadian territory. Sergio Sarmiento will continue to cover the West Coast.
