Smithers-Oasis Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Robin M. Kilbride to President and Chief Operating Officer. Kilbride assumes responsibility for total management of the company.

Kilbride most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. With the company since 1983, she has been involved with the company on numerous levels, including operations and finance. Kilbride earned a bachelor's of science in business from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.

"Robin brings more than twenty years of financial and operating experience to her new role, further strengthening the Company's management," said Charles F. Walton, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "Her extensive skill set will be invaluable as we ready ourselves for increased product development opportunities and global business expansion."

Kilbride succeeds Walton, who remains with Smithers-Oasis as he turns his focus on longer-term direction and new business opportunities.
