Wedding Tussie Mussie Bouquet
"The Tussie Mussie bouquet I've created is perfect for the bride who is more price-conscious and would rather spend money on flowers rather than on an expensive holder. This application has such a "rich" look to it, yet is very practical, extremely easy and much more affordable. In addition to the obvious color choices of gold and silver, I've used paint colors to create a cherry wood-tone look. My customers are always amazed to see the finished product," Mario commented.

What you'll need
- Large WEDDING BELLE® Holder with straight handle
- OASIS® DesignWorks® Hot Melt Glue
- OASIS® DesignWorks® Hot Melt Glue Pan
- FLORALOCK® Spray Adhesive
- CLEAR SOLUTIONTM Nutrient & Clarifier
- Primer Spray
- Gold Floral Spray Paint
- Flowers and foliage of your choice

How to put it together
- Use a thick reclaimed stem, about 5" long, to drizzle hot melt glue on the handle of a straight handle WEDDING BELLE® bouquet holder. Turn the holder as you drizzle the glue to add texture to the entire handle.
- Turn down the temperature of the glue pan and allow the glue to cool to a slightly thicker, taffy-like consistency. Dip the end of the handle in the glue and form a knob, about 1" in diameter, at the end of the holder. Because the glue is still very hot to touch, keep a small dish of water nearby to dip your fingers as you shape and mold the glue. After shaping, dip the knob in the water to set the glue, and wipe dry.
- Spray the handle with a paint primer so that the paint will adhere to the handle and glue. Let the primer dry. Spray the handle with gold floral spray paint. Allow the paint to completely dry.
- Soak the bouquet holder in a mixture of CLEAR SOLUTION Nutrient and water. Add flowers and foliage. Following the directions on the can, seal the stem insertions in the foam using FLORALOCK® Stem Adhesive.
