Armando Ayala-the designer to the stars, the government and big corporations-is kind enough to contribute the following design to commemorate the Day of the Dead holiday.
Celebrating life by remembering those gone before This annual holiday takes place in Mexico on and around November 2nd. At this time, families gather to remember their dead and celebrate the continuity of life. Loved ones decorate family grave sites with flowers. At home, families create altars with religious images and pictures of the dead. Also placed at the graves are candelabra and flowers, especially the Mexican marigold known as Zempasuchil-a fragrant and bright flower designed to attract the spirit of the deceased.
During these gatherings, families tell stories honoring their dearly departed. In this way, the dead are remembered and revered. It is a treasured annual ritual that recognizes the cycle of life and death. It is a joyous celebration.

Instructions
- Place the 4 large OASIS Floral Cages down horizontally.
- Arrange them in the form of a fan. Position the flowers and foliage in a radial direction. Use your instinct and group them according to variety and color.
- After finishing the floral design, place the craft paper on the table cloth. Tastefully place the bread and food offerings on the altar. Remember, choose foods that were the favorites of the deceased.
