Franz-Josef Benthaus has won several Gold Medals and prizes for fair arrangements; e.g. BUGA Dortmund (Bundes-Gartenschau [National Horticulture and Flower Show] held from spring to autumn in different German cities each year.) He has conducted numerous demonstrations in home and foreign countries, and is a member of different examination boards.

The special thing with this table decoration is that OASIS Floral Foam can be arranged with a variety of flowers, thus creating a cheerful blossom volume. All flower stems within this design are cut very short, thus the water supply is much better and this means long-lasting flower life - especially during the warmer seasons!

Table Decoration Instructions I start with the quick saturation of the OASIS Floral Foam. This brick will then be cut directly across and fitted into a flat terracotta plate. I arrange box tree, pillar yew, ivy leaves, shell cypress and a white snowball. In the next step, I arrange the blue tones of this extraordinary table decoration in groups all over the brick: 7 blue anemones, a branched stem with asters, some forget-me-nots and finally, 10 muscaris. Now the yellow and orange tones will be arranged in groups: 3 asclepias, 3 yellow ranunculus, 3 yellow-orange roses and 3 stems of green alchemilla. At least 2 ruby-colored "Nicole" roses, 5 stems of white allium and 2 stems of branched white camomile. All this is covered softly with coral fern. So - that's all! My Shopping List: Blue tones: 7 anemones, 1 stem aster, 1 small bouquet of forget-me-nots, 10 muscaris. Yellow and orange tones: 3 asclepias, 3 ranunculus, 3 yellow-orange roses, 2 ruby colored "Nicole" roses, 5 stems of white allium, 1 white snowball, 3 stems of green alchemilla, box tree, pillar yew, ivy leaves, shell cypress, coral fern, 1 flat terracotta plate, 1 OASIS Floral Foam brick.
