Pascal's Suggestions
You can obviously achieve a second heart with the two remaining halves, using either the same flowers, or going with white flowers.
This creation can be designed as a Mother's day present, but is also perfect for wedding table arrangements. It goes quickly and lends great impact when needed.
You can play with flower colours and OASIS® RAINBOW® foam colours to find other harmonious associations.
Materials needed:
Two OASIS® RAINBOW® Foam Hearts (Purple and Ivory)
Lilac Pins
Lilac Aluminum Wire (bonsai wire)
OASIS® Glitter Glue Sticks
Flowers & Foliage
2 Purple Vanda
1 "Black Baccarat" Rose Delphinium
9 Pink Pepper

How to put it together
|
 |
- Materials needed.
|
 |
- First, cut each heart to shape half of one single two-colour heart. Edges are rounded to get a tender shape and bring relief. (Caution, do not cut foam when it is dry, as the shapes will be dustier and cells may be crushed.)
|
 |
- Along the heart diagonal (cut junction), insert lilac pins by block to create a grape effect. Aluminum wire in spiral brings roundness and softness, which comes along with a heart shape.
|
 |
- Keep adding triangles progressively, mixing colour and direction alternatively. Flowers are inserted by mass. Starting with the rose as a focal point, and turning around from left to right. Specific attention is paid to colour harmony. On the front, the brightness of the glitter glue underlines this harmony.

Techniques
Be sure to use preservative with fresh flowers. Set up the clear plastic tray only when your arrangement is finished. A tray is useful for transport and prevents any damage on furniture.
Flowers generally bear hot glue, provided they are soaked well and the glue gun has not been hot for several hours.
For Vanda, pre-cut a hole to facilitate stem insertion. Advise your customers to water the arrangement regularly, and they will appreciate the arrangement longer.
