Cover the bottom and sides of water-soaked OASIS® brand floral foam with plastic wrap to prevent leakage, leaving the top open for floral insertions. Cover the plastic on the foam bottom and sides with foliage leaves, cut and sized to the shape of the foam. Fold foliage at corners and pin in place with pearl-headed pins.

Cut three roses to save for the arrangement center. Cut leftover rose stem cuttings into 4" long pieces. Lay pieces in a long row, like railroad tracks. Bind the stem pieces together into one long chain by running two rows of Silver OASIS™ Metallic Wire about ½" from the edge of the stem. Wrap the wire around each stem, then onto the next, leaving about ½" space between pieces. Insert a pearl-headed corsage pin into the upper end of each stem piece.

Wrap wired stem chain around foliage-wrapped foam and attach with pearl-headed pins. Insert wire into the hollow stems of Equisetum. Insert the end of the stem into the edge of the foam and wrap around the top edge of the foam. Add additional stems, gently weaving them in and out of each of the other stems. Insert 5 short stems of Hypericum inside the band of Equisetum. Insert 3 roses in the center. Loop a few strands of OASIS™ brand Metallic Wire around the top of the arrangement for visual interest.
