Step 1

Form the silver OASIS™ Aluminum Wire into a nice shape to fit inside your container. Take the Cherry RAINBOW® Foam Mini Cubes and "thread" them onto the Aluminum Wire. Leave spaces at random intervals. Once inside the container, you can reposition the cubes where you like them.

Step 2

Cut Pewter LOMEY™ Corsage Pins in half with a wire cutter. Be careful to cut into a trash can and to wear safety glasses. Apply a small amount of OASIS® Floral Adhesive to the ends of the LOMEY Corsage Pins and insert them into the RAINBOW Foam Mini Cubes. Use as many as you like.

Step 3

Fit the structure snuggly into the container and fill with "clear" tap water. You will notice that the RAINBOW Foam Mini Cubes leave a powder in the bottom of the container. Pour off the water and repeat. The third fill should be with water and FLORALIFE® Floral Food. Carefully insert tulips halfway into the RAINBOW Foam Cubes and wind them into the desired position.
