Floralife® Customer FAQs

  1. Will my rep stay the same?

    From an ordering and billing standpoint - nothing has changed. Since Floralife is a wholly owned subsidiary, Floralife's daily business will continue as usual.

    All of your contacts - from sales to billing - remain the same at both companies.

  2. Am I buying from Smithers-Oasis now?

    Floralife, Inc. will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Smithers-Oasis Company. Current relationships and contracts with Floralife remain the same.

  3. Can I buy Floralife products from Smithers-Oasis now?

    Not at this time. Opportunities will be explored for the future.

  4. Is there a price break from being both a Smithers-Oasis and Floralife customer?

    Not at this time. Opportunities will be explored for the future.

  5. Does this affect any cross-over orders that I currently have with Floralife right now?

    Not at this time. Opportunities will be explored for the future.

  6. Are my orders/delivery changing?

    No. Floralife, Inc. is continuing to conduct business as usual. There are no anticipated changes to your current orders or relationships.
