OASIS® Floral Products Customer FAQs

  1. Will my rep change?

    From an ordering and billing standpoint - nothing has changed. Since Floralife is a wholly owned subsidiary, daily business will continue as usual.

    All of your contacts - from sales to billing - remain the same at both companies.

  2. Can I buy Floralife products from Smithers-Oasis now?

    Not at this time. We will be exploring opportunities in the future.

  3. Is there a price break from being both a Smithers-Oasis and Floralife customer?

    Not at this time. We will be exploring opportunities in the future.

  4. Does this affect any cross-over orders that I currently have with Floralife right now?

    Not at this time. We will be exploring opportunities in the future.
